Job description:

Seeking an individual with an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) / Analytics skill set to support the design and development of new reporting framework. Candidate should have strong experience of leading the project, managing the offshore team, requirements gathering and analysis, communicating the status to the manager, solving technical problems within the team, effort estimation process, project status report.

Position offered: Onsite Lead (New Jersey, US) on B1 visa / Offsite (Chennai)
Experience

Minimum of 5 years experience in Siebel Analytics / OBIEE with a specialization in either the back-end (the BI Server) or front-end (Answers, Delivers, BI Publisher), would be mandatory

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support Business Intelligence technical solutions using OBIEE with the following skill sets but not limited to:
• Serve as the subject matter expert for OBIEE demonstrating expertise in Oracle BI Server, Oracle BI Answers, Oracle BI Interactive Dashboard, and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Provide technical guidance for OLTP, OLAP, star, and snowflake data structures.
• Serve as lead in the design and development of dashboards and reports, including the development of detailed design specifications.
• Should possess strong knowledge of PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions
• Address dashboard and report security for all user roles.
• Assist ETL developers in effectively tuning and addressing the performance of the data warehouse.
• Assist in defining the data warehouse architecture and technical requirements, and in coordinating the design of the consolidated data model.
• Analyze data currency/accuracy/relevance and ensures data integrity of reports from heterogeneous data sources.
• Understanding and Experience with aggregate navigation
• Experience with optimizing Oracle BI queries
• Solid experience with Pivot tables, view selectors
• Possess Strong Communication skills
