BO Manager

7+ years of relevant technology experience on SAP Business Objects.
Specific tools include –
-Interactive Analysis (Web Intelligence)
-Desktop Analysis (Deski)
-Crystal Reports
-Dashboard (Xcelsius)

Report Optimization and Tuning
Define areas of improvement to optimize of BI reports
Migrations/Upgrades of BO

Development of statements of work and/or client proposals
Experience on Team management, governance and change management
Ability to scope out the effort and cost for an enterprise reporting solution
Ability to manage large teams on a DW/BI engagements
Manage resources and budget on client projects

Added Advantage –
Proficient in one or more of major BI Reporting tools and their administration
Proficient in one or more of major data modeling tools such as Erwin, Oracle Designer
