Job description:

Required Server Administrator on Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 (MCSE/MCTS/MCITPSA/MCITPEA certification is Preferred).

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5/6 years experience within IT Operations,
infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations. • Thorough technical knowledge of Windows platform (Windows, AD, VMware and Hyper – V).
• Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Expertise on Windows heterogeneous platform environments, including MS Clustering, NLB, backup operations, Middleware
applications (Terminal Services, Citrix)
• Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components are mandatory (DNS, DHCP, WINS).
• Good hands on experience on Enterprise class x86 servers (HP, IBM & DELL) are mandatory.
• Good fundamentals and technical hands on experience on Active Directory. • Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.
• Willingness to develop strong competencies in Windows platform support • Knowledge of HP ITO and HP Open view monitoring will be a plus • Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes and certification will be added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory.
